If you've changed your mind, we're here to help with returns or exchanges within 5 days. A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns, but you can avoid this by opting for an exchange with similar items. Please arrange return postage and keep items in their original condition. For any damaged or missing items, report to us upon delivery to claim our Breakfree Guarantee.

Packing & Delivery
We do everything we can to pack your order and deliver your products to you as fast as possible.
There may be rare occasions where a product you have ordered is not available in the warehouse. In such cases we will advise you of a new delivery date and give you the option of a similar product or a refund of the products that are not immediately available.
In general we pick and pack within 3 business days from order date, unless stated otherwise. Anything outside of this time will be communicated to you.
We use the fastest road freight companies in Australia, featuring next day delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane; and 5 to 10 day delivery to Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin and Perth.
Occasional delays by delivery companies are unfortunately out of our control, however we will do everything we can to keep you informed of the status of your order.

Breakfree Guarantee
If the products you ordered arrive broken, notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods (please provide photos) and we will replace them free of charge - simple as that!

Delivery Prices
Shipping to NSW and ACT - from $18 Inc. GST.
Shipping to QLD and VIC - from $20 Inc. GST.
Shipping to SA and WA - from $25 Inc. GST.
Shipping to NT and TAS - from $30 Inc. GST.
Timing: We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days from date of order.
Authority to Leave (ATL) means that the courier will leave your order at the delivery address when no one is present. If your delivery address is residential and you do not select ATL, and you are not home to receive, you may be charged for re-delivery fees incurred by the courier.
Pick Up Option
Pick up is always available. Simply place your order online and the warehouse team will reach out to you once your order is ready.
Returns & Replacements
Change of mind - We understand that things change, therefore returns within 5 days are fine. Depending on the hospitality products being returned we may need to charge a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the value of the products.
Exchanging - To avoid a restocking fee, exchange unwanted items for a different product. Contact us to specify the replacement, and we'll send an invoice for payment. Return the unwanted items to our warehouse, and upon receipt, we will process the refund.
Return delivery needs to paid for and organised by the customer. All goods being returned must be in original packing and fit for resale. On return of the goods in satisfactory condition, you will be refunded your original purchase price minus the original delivery cost and minus any restocking fees. Customers must accept the risk of breakages in returning for change of mind or exchange.
Products must be sent back within 5 days of the original order.
Broken items - Please advise us within 5 days of receipt of order or any breakages that have occurred in transit. We will arrange for free replacement or refund for the items in question.
Missing items - Products missing from the delivery must be advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will investigate the issue and advise when missing items will be delivered.
