Where We Ship
The Flying Fork ships Australia-wide, including to all states and territories: New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), Western Australia (WA), South Australia (SA), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Northern Territory (NT), and Tasmania (TAS).
We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We use Australia Post and Starshipit to fulfil and dispatch your orders. The following estimated delivery timeframes apply after dispatch:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Options
- Standard – Authority to Leave (ATL): Your parcel will be left in a safe location at the delivery address if no one is home. The Flying Fork and our carriers accept no liability for parcels left unattended under this option.
- Standard – Signature Required: A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, a card will be left and the parcel held at your nearest post office or collection point.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly through the Australia Post website or the carrier's tracking portal.
Bulk & Sample Pack Orders
Bulk item orders and sample packs are shipped under separate profiles and may be dispatched separately from standard orders. Delivery timeframes for bulk items may vary — please contact us if you have specific delivery requirements.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@theflyingfork.com.au within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
