Promoting the art of New-Zealand and Australian artists, these biocups from the art series are made out of paper sourced from managed plantations and coated with Ingeo - a bioplastic made from plants not oil. They use a heavy-duty, premium quality board giving our cups superior stability, better lid fit and insulation. Biopak prints with soy or water-based inks.
Single or double wall cups?
Manufacturing a single wall cup consumes less energy and paper. Transport related emissions will also be less due to the lower weight of the single wall cups. Single wall cups are suitable for serving milk based beverage up to 80 degrees. If sales of tea or black coffee make up only a small percentage of sales, we recommend double cupping when necessary. It'll be more economical, take up less space and better for the environment!
These cups can be commercially composted and recycled.
PLEASE NOTE: Cup artwork might differ as we feature different artists every 3 months. Pictured here are designs from the latest Art Series. Unfortunately, we cannot sell individual art cups and cannot guarantee which prints, or which series of prints will be in each carton.
We make the ordinary extraordinary by offering the humble paper cup as a canvas to promote talented New Zealand and Australian artists and connect consumers to the environment.
