Buyer's guide for restaurants and cafes

• Cup sizes. 75ml and 90ml espresso, 200ml cappuccino (Cono tapered or Intorno rounded) and latte, 280ml Megaccino, and a 400ml mug.
• Saucer match. 120mm for espresso, 140mm universal for the 200ml cups and mug, 150mm for the Megaccino.
• Tea service. Teapots in 350ml and 500ml with stainless steel infusers, plus a 100ml creamer.
• Order in sixes. Cups, saucers, mugs and creamers come in packs of 6, teapots singly. Add a spare pack for breakage.
